^*Maintenance services do not include： Repair services do not include:any electric vehicle(EV)charging cables associated with the EV charger;any damage to the EV charger caused by improper use,negligence,or abnormal power supply conditions;any unauthorized modification,alteration,or repair of the EV charger;and any external electromechanical engineering of the EV charger.Consumables and software programs provided are also excluded.Customers may need to pay additional fees to obtain any repair and maintenance services beyond the scope of maintenance.During the commitment period of the contract,you may request to relocate the service to a new address,subject to our feasibility assessment of your new location and your payment of(i)relocation charges and(ii)installation service fees.Unless otherwise agreed between our company and you,all terms and conditions of your current contract(except for the new installation address)will remain unchanged after the relocation is completed.

^*This offer is only applicable to private car lots in designated EHSS buildings or residential estates where the EV charging facilities in the estate are already in place(charging facilities refer to the user's fixed electrical installation,including but not limited to distribution boards,distribution boxes,electricity meters,cables,conduits,and cable trays as well as sockets).The supply and installation of the charging solution by Sunpower are subject to actual circumstances and relevant authorizations and are governed by the relevant terms and conditions.

^*At the end of the commitment period,if(i)our company has not received your request to terminate the service;or(ii)you have not entered into any new contract for the service with a new commitment period,our company will continue to provide you with the EV charger rental service on a monthly basis under the existing contract and the same terms(except for fees),and you agree to pay the service monthly fee specified by our company at that time(without a commitment period)until you terminate the service in accordance with the contract.

^*This plan only includes basic installation,and additional fees may be charged based on the results of the on-site inspection.If you choose the service plan with an 18-month commitment period,a basic installation fee of HK2,000 is required.

^*The charger current provided under this plan is single-phase 13A.The actual charging conditions may be affected by some external factors,such as the EV model and its manufacturer settings,the battery condition of the EV,and the available power supply in the car park.

^*By participating in our EV charger rental service, you agree that we will conduct a feasibility assessment of your parking space and acknowledge that the assessment results may determine that your location is not suitable for the installation of the EV charging service.
